Join SPLA member CJ on zoom at 12pm Pacific daily (weekdays) for 15 minutes of music and movement with a great community. Tune in to yourself and move however your body feels. Practice moving how you want to move, instead of how you "should" or thinking about what it looks like. Different music every day, some fast, some slow, at times silly, fun, sad, or strange. You're invited to see how those vibrations make you want to move.
