Afternoon cuddle party (review party)

Come cuddle an afternoon session. A facilitator in training cuddle party. A workshop in learning boundaries and consent with platonic clothes on cuddling. I am guest hosting this event. Note this is a free event, please bring a snack to share with everyone and donations are welcome. I need your feedback so please come and cuddle.

ETIQUETTE

• Arrive on time: once we begin the Welcome Circle Cuddle orientation, the doors will close and no one else will be admitted. This creates comfort and accountability by ensuring that everyone has heard the rules and expectations and has agreed to them.
• What to wear: Comfy G rated clothes.  What to bring: Just you and any munchies you want to snack on and water in a closed container. 
• Scents can make small spaces feel even smaller. Please refrain from wearing fragrances, or other strong scents (soaps, powders). 

EVENT ITINERARY

Sunday June 11, 12:00-4:00 (Please arrive no later than 12:30 for safe space creation.)

• 12:00-12:30 Meet and Greet - Cuddlers arrive, check in and get comfy.
• 12:15-1:15pm Welcome Circle/Initial Ice Breakers - You must be present through the entire welcome circle to participate.
• 1:15-3:45 Transition Exercises to Open Cuddle Time - Freestyle consent aware cuddling or socializing.
• 3:45-4:00 Closing Circle - Coming together for gratitudes, closure, and goodbyes.

CLASSIC CUDDLE PARTY® RULES

1. [Clothes] stay on the whole time
2. You don't have to touch anyone at a Cuddle Party® ever.
3. You must ask permission and receive a verbal YES before you touch anyone.
4. If you are a yes, say YES. If you are a no, say NO.
5. If you are a maybe, say NO,
6. You are encouraged to change your mind.
7. Respect your relationship agreements and communicate with your partner.
8. Get a facilitator if you have a question, concern, or need assistance.
9. Tears and laughter are both welcome.
10. Respect people's privacy when sharing about Cuddle Party® [style events.]
11. Keep the cuddle space tidy.

Cuddle Party® is led by trained and certified Cuddle Party® Facilitators. The Facilitator’s job is to guide you into those skills gently and easily, in a fun, safe and light hearted way. We welcome you and create an atmosphere of respect, and remain available for questions and support.
