In this workshop Sarah Casper of Comprehensive Consent and Violet Cerutti of Turning Violet on how to understand why we feel strong feelings accompanying rejection. In this workshop we will learn about the evolutionary adaptation that we have developed to rejection, saying and hearing no, discuss how socialization plays a part in the rejection experience, and gain skills for handling both sides of the rejection experience.
