Body Positive Yoga for students of all shapes, sizes and levels - including complete beginners!

What to expect:

Tuesday evening classes (8:15 - 9:00 pm) and Thursday evening classes (6:15 - 7:00 pm) - Self Love Yoga - a slow flow class designed to help you release any tension from the day, focus on your breath and slow down your nervous system. Great for beginners! Modifications provided so that all poses are accessible for everyone.

Sunday evening classes (8:15 - 9:00 pm) - Yin Yoga for the Sunday Scaries - a slow paced class where we use props you can find at home to completely support the body in longer holds of poses. A perfect way to end your weekend so that you can start the week off on the right note. Great for beginners! Modifications provided so that all poses are accessible for everyone.
