Rotating teachers from around the world teach this weekly standard for CI practitioners of all levels of experience. Please wear comfortable clothing like for Yoga. It is recommended that the knees and elbows be covered. Please bring your own water bottle or cup to drink from and refill.
Students can stay for the 2 hour Jam that follows every class at no extra cost.
