FemDom Bootcamp

  • Hosted by Sub Rosa PDX
  • Portland, OR -

FemDom Bootcamp is an evening with coached play, demos, and opportunities for hands-on practice for femmes and themmes.

Hosted by Natasha Strange & Viola Parker, co-owners of Sub Rosa, these three-hour events will begin with a brief discussion on consent and how to safely practice and negotiate with both longtime partners and newbies. After discussion and live demos, we will turn up the music and use the gorgeous space and gear at Sub Rosa for experiential practice and play with our demo bottoms. Natasha and Viola will be circulating to train the attendees on how to use the toys, gear, and will be teaching techniques and giving tips.

We vet and prep our demo bottoms for play and will model negotiation with them live and during the class. Then we encourage participants to practice various activities on these folks. Our demo bottoms generally include men, women, femmes & non-binary folks. We usually have six per class.

Feel free to dress up (or down!) for the event, but the key is to feel comfortable and powerful, so whatever makes you feel this way is encouraged as far as clothing.

Also. Please note that we have raised ticket prices $10 to cover our increasing costs. Full price tickets also help cover the cost of discounted tickets we offer to those in need as well as BIPOC. Please reach out if you need one of those discount codes.

Who are these bootcamps for?

FemDom Bootcamps are geared to femmes and nonbinary folks at the early stages of exploring, seeking confidence, community, hands-on experience, and to further develop their dominant power. We welcome femme and non-binary dominants/tops/switches and their partners. Both solo attendees or duos are welcome (every attendee will need a ticket - but this may be a good time for male partners to let the woman/femdom in their life learn without them and bring home new ideas!). We encourage questions and active participation in demos, however, those interested in learning by watching/voyeurism are always welcome.

This is not an event for single men, submissive or dominant. This is a coached play party that focuses on learning, consent, negotiation, and practice.

If you are a man and you coming to this event in a couple, you should understand that this event is geared toward the women/femmes in the room. Male partners are not to be practicing on the demo bottoms or inserting themselves into the demo play. They are welcome to listen and learn and also offer themselves up for play with their partner in the space. There will be limited space for partner play.

These events are limited to an intimate number of attendees. If you are interested in being a demo bottom for this class, please fill out a demo participant application. These spots are limited and vetted. If you are a demo bottom looking to attend in the hopes of being played with, reach out via the form first, do not purchase a regular ticket or we will refund you.

Proof of vaccination is required at door. Masks are optional but encouraged. Sadly, our space is not ADA accessible. Reach out if there are other accessibility accommodations we might be able to make for you or if you need ASL interpretation.

We do offer reduced tickets to BIPOC folks as well as those experiencing financial hardship. Please reach out to info@subrosapdx.com to request a discount code.
