Part of our Core Curriculum and the second part in our Floor Series! In part 2 of our Floor Series, we will review the single and double column tie. Then we will learn the futomomo leg tie and a hip loader harness.

PREREQUISITES:

• single column tie

• double column tie

Items recommended to bring if you would not like to borrow:

• mat/blanket

• 1-2 hanks of rope

• safety shears/cutting instrument
