Full Body Movement with Liv Loo

Bi-weekly 1 hour sessions focused on engaging movements set at your pace- all levels welcome! Working from the perspective that movement is a journey, Liv honors that each journey is unique. It is her passion to learn from you, and creatively adapt exercises so that they feel more in alignment with your needs. Through movement, we are constantly listening for our body’s permission to lean in and become stronger. Interpreting our body’s language is something Liv will emphasize throughout her workshops.
