What is Erotic Intelligence?

Erotic Intelligence is having the capacity to trust yourself, to be in touch with your own body, your boundaries, feel your own energy and create meaningful connection with your partner(s) physically and energetically.

Through a series of playful activities and exercises, you will learn how to:

• Shake off negative emotions (Kundalini shaking exercise).
• Boundary exercises - Learn to feel good about saying yes and saying no and getting really clear on what works for you.
• Develop a more intuitive touch as you learn to sense and move your energy.
• Deepen your connection as you develop your ability to sense your partner’s energy and the energy of others around you.
• Authentically engage with your partner and feel truly seen and heard by them.

All playful activities and exercises will be guided and are optional in a safe and nurturing environment. You can do the entire workshop by yourself or with a partner or in groups. Participants are asked to practice with each other or by yourself in whatever manner supports you best. All activities and exercises will be guided and are always optional. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS:

~ Shekina Ray is an international Energy Healer and Tantra Teacher. She has been teaching different energy healing modalities for 20+ years worldwide. She is a Reiki Master, Matrix Energetics and Reconnective Healing Practitioner, Access Consciousness Facilitator and Tantra Educator. She enjoys encouraging people to find ways to express themselves and teaches a variety of classes to help people discover their passions, love and accept themselves, build their self-esteem and help them to be comfortable and confident about their body and sexuality.

~ Shiva J is a Somatic Bodyworker, Tantra Teacher, Kundalini Yoga Instructor, Certified Life Coach, Licensed Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Master NLP Practitioner who has been in the world of transformational work since 2003.

He is also the creator of The Heart Centered Being LLC a coaching and consulting company whose primary mission is to provide access to transformational programs and build communities focused on healing from trauma.
