March Storytime: “SUPERHEROES”

In celebration of Women’s History Month, come share and listen to stories all about the badass female SUPERHEROES in our lives.

Storytime is a fun and interactive storytelling event hosted by Liz Morrison. Through the lens of a relatable theme, we explore and share our personal experiences and find many things we have in common.

This month, we're talking all about **SUPERHEROES,** specifically the badass female heroes, both real and imagined, who’ve made a difference in our lives.

Through conversation, prompts and sharing stories we will spotlight women who’ve exhibited bravery, strength, and determination. From fictional characters like Wonder Woman and Storm to real women changing the world, our friends who’ve supported us and our ancestors who’ve paved the way, we will highlight the heroics of incredible women. This event is a celebration of female power and courage and is open to those who are fans of superheroes and those who simply want to honor the remarkable women in their lives.

Over 90-minutes together, we’ll tap into our personal stories and discover our common connections.

- THEME INTRO: We’ll explore our theme through easy games, group discussions, and Liz’s theme story.

- COMMUNITY CONVERSATIONS: We’ll get into small groups and answer fun, thought-provoking question prompts

- STORYTIME! EXCELLENT!: 3 to 4 folks will have the opportunity to get up on stage and share their theme stories with everyone.

At Storytime, everyone is encouraged to share, listen, and engage. Come swap stories and spark deeper relationships with fellow Manny’s community members. You might even meet a new friend!
