Movement Temple is now Dance as Medicine (or D.A.M. Friday Dance)
Dam Friday Dance happens on the 1st and 3rd Fridays (and 5th when there is one) of every month at The Fairfax Community Church alternating with Ecstatic Dance which happens on the 2nd and 4th Fridays.
Come dance, connect and be with community in the sacred Fairfax Community Church Space. We are an open formate dance, so you will get lots of variety from DJs as they play their own style and have freedom to shape the dance in different ways. Plenty of room for Contact Improv as well as space to do your own thing!

DJ DZ (Dan Zemelman) cut his teeth DJ-ing twice a week for months during the pandemic and brings his 44 years experience as a professional pianist to the ring! DJ DZ's music features an eclectic mix of styles including funk, EDM, pop, trap, dub, tribal and everything in between!
Out of a challenging and difficult time came a Phoenix out of the ashes.
Dance is 7:45-10pm
