Workshop description (Part 1)

What makes nonmonogamy feel good? Where do we draw the line between loving, freedom-based relationships and a free-for-all? How can you make the joyful, secure polyamorous relationships you want a reality?

Welcome to part one of The Polyamory Workbook Series! Part One is geared towards people with less experience in non-monogamy, as well as experienced practitioners looking to recalibrate or deepen their approach to non-monogamy.

In this workshop, we’ll cover the basics of non-monogamy: what non-monogamy can look like, how to talk about non-monogamy, how to determine what dynamics might work best for you, and the basic emotional and communication skills you’ll need.

Together, we’ll talk about:

  • Freedom Vs. Control Mentality
  • Basic concepts, motivations, and terms in non-monogamy
  • Building your Polyamory Toolkit
  • Monogamous Vs. Polyamorous Mindset
  • Scarcity and Abundance
  • Healthy and Unhealthy Expectations
  • Hard Feelings and Emotional Regulation

It’s encouraged to bring your copy of The Polyamory Workbook with you to this workshop! If you don’t yet have a copy, you can order one here.

🎥This workshop will be recorded and available for replay for 1 week after. Only ticket holders who purchased tickets prior to the end of the workshop will receive the recording. The recording cannot be purchased after the completion of the workshop.
