Queer & Non-Monogamous (QNM) Therapy Group

QNM is a support group offering support for LGBTQIA+ people in New York State who are opening up their relationships, currently navigating non-monogamous relationships, or exploring non-monogamy as an individual. Non-monogamy can shine a spotlight on one's deepest relationship insecurities and fears, as well as highlighting one's strengths. It can be difficult for anyone, but navigating those challenges as a queer and/or trans person creates added layers of complication. This group seeks to provide community support and educational opportunity for participants as they newly navigate the challenges and joys of non-monogamy.
