Bi-weekly 90-minute sessions that include a visualizing meditation, a harmony of sounds to express and release energy, and individualized segments of reiki to reduce stress and deepen presence. Jessie and Mahelly focus on bringing more attention and intention to the body through a full sensory experience while maintaining a container that prioritizes safety, ease, and gentleness. WHAT TO BRING: Yoga mat*, blanket, pillow, eye mask, bolsters/cushions, and any crystals you’d like to be charged with reiki.
*Limited mats will be available to borrow.
