Do you know your Attachment Style? Join two sex & relationship experts to learn about attachment theory and why knowing your style can help you become a better partner and a better lover.

In this inspiring and healing workshop you’ll learn about attachment style, explore communication practices to help you build stronger (more secure) attachments, and discover ways to deepen connection and intimacy no matter what your style. This workshop is open to everyone: single, dating, coupled/partnered—everyone is welcome and celebrated here! 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️💜

You might have read about attachment theory from pop-psychologists on Instagram and TikTok—and now you can put it into practice. You’ll learn about how attachment theory can help you learn more about yourself and what you need from partners. Doing this work can help you create stronger boundaries, clearly articulate your needs/desires, and build confidence in the relationship. This workshop is co-facilitated by a Certified Sex Therapist and a Sex Coach offering a multi-modal approach to this work and practice.

Here’s an overview of what you’ll learn in this workshop:

  • What attachment is (and what it isn’t) through the lifespan.
  • Attachment theory basics: secure, anxious, avoidant, and disorganized styles
  • Attachment trauma: what is it and how you can heal from it
  • Practices to help you work with your own (and others’) attachment styles
  • How secure attachment gives you space to be a better partner and a better lover (boundaries, desires, and awareness)
  • This class is queer/kink/trans/polyam/ENM friendly + positive! Everybody is welcome here 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️
