The theme for SF Pride’s 53rd annual celebration is “Looking Back and Moving Forward.” and the organization has announced 6 Community Grand Marshals to be honored at the event.

The free two-day celebration takes place at SF’s Civic Center Plaza during the weekend of June 24-25. Dozens of official and unofficial events take place all throughout the Bay Area during the month of June. Discover fun events on the Bloom x SF-Pride community event calendar here.

The San Francisco Pride March begins at 10:30am on Sunday June 25. It is a San Francisco Pride tradition to showcase a facet of the LGBTQI2S community at the front of the parade each year — a unique commitment to maintaining the roots of Pride and honoring our collective history.

With over 200 parade contingents and exhibitors, and more than twenty community-run stages and venues, the San Francisco Pride Celebration and Parade is the largest gathering of the LGBT community and allies in the nation.

Sign up to march with Bloom Community at the front of the Parade and get a t-shirt! Since we are among the first to march starting at 10AM, the organizers have asked us to line up between 9:00AM - 10AM.
