Join Living Body Lab in a 3 - hour embodied exploration of the principals of sexual transformation.

Join Living Body Lab in an embodied exploration of the principals of sexual transformation. Neo-tantra and the intimate arts offer pathways of deep connection with self and others and can grow us beyond our wildest imagination. This is so much more than what we think of when we hear the words, "sex" and "sexuality". This is a rediscovery of our true nature through real transformation.

We are dedicated to creating an easeful, fun, and safe environment for deep and powerful work while providing tools and methods for transformation. This workshop is highly experiential and fuses movement, sound, breath techniques, meditation, ancient tantric practices, and tension release methods for full-on intimacy with life.

* Neo-tantra is a modern, psychosomatic study of ancient tantric texts that include embodiment techniques, movement, sound, breath and awareness.

What to expect from this experience:

  • A fully-clothed exploration of Neo-tantra and the Intimate Arts.
  • A safe container for discovering your sensual and sexual uniqueness, rather than what society or past partnerships have taught you about yourself.
  • An exploration of your relationship with the cycles of transformation and what holds you back from full expression.
  • A deeper understanding of the energetics, physiology, and anatomy of stress and arousal.
  • The science of pleasure and how to access it on a daily basis.
  • Powerful neo-tantra techniques designed to tune into and awaken the sex centers in the body for greater vitality and wellbeing.
  • Live music mindfully crafted for a deeper connection with your sensual self.

Q: Will I be required to work with a partner?

A: No. While there will be opportunities to pair up with a partner, you will always have a choice in your level of participation. Simply put, you are in charge. You are invited to participate to whatever degree feels comfortable for you in every moment.

Q: Is this experienced clothed, unclothed, or partially clothed?

A: This experience is fully clothed.

Q: Will I be guided to touch another participant's genitals or to have mine touched?
