Submission Wrestling for Kink & Wrestling Party

Submission Class att 1 PM Sharp:

• Topics covered include, but are not limited to: submission holds and pins; choking (breath-play) for newbie's; ways to sexualize breath-play on and off the mat; basic wrist-locks and wrist control maneuvers using wrestling and Aikido techniques; and basic joint-locks from the ground using Judo and BJJ techniques.
• This is a hands-on class so it is recommended that you arrive early to stretch and come dressed in proper attire for physical activity.
• Bringing your own partner is not required, but if you are very particular about with whom you get physical with, it is suggested that you come with a partner, otherwise you will be paired with the most appropriate partner available.
• Participation in each activity is dependent on a person-to-person basis as some maneuvers might not be appropriate for everyone's physical abilities. The instructor reserves the right not to allow everyone to participate in every activity for the safety of the participant and their partner.

Draft Schedule:

• 12:30 PM- Check in SHARP for Submission for Kink class participants. Class
• Doors close 1 pm. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Class 1-3 PM
• 2:30 - ENTRY open for open wrestling. Doors close 3:30 PM, NO EXCEPTIONS.
• 3-5 PM open wrestling

Set up - We will have 4 mats set up for all your needs:

• MAT 1-2: Open wrestling (limit to 30 mins)
• MAT 3: Advanced wrestling with standing takedowns allowed
• MAT 4: Shoes allowed for kicking/stepping type play
