The Art of REPAIR Mini Series (Virtual) - Holiday Edition

Dates and Time:

Wednesday Evenings - Nov. 29, Dec. 6, Dec 13

5:30-7:30pm Pacific

Holiday season…it’s the happiest time of year! But is it?

A survey conducted in 2015 by Heathline ( stated 62% of people reported their stress as “very or somewhat” elevated during the holidays while only 10% of people reported no stress. Negotiating the interpersonal dynamics of family was among the top three reasons attributed to holiday stressors.

When we are stressed, it increases our reactivity and the chances of misunderstanding one another. This is when we can step on toes and innocently hurt the people we love the most.

And this is why I am motivated to share with you The Art of REPAIR, which is a 6-step roadmap to navigate conflict in a way that restores connection and deepens trust.

Give yourself and your loved ones the gift of learning and practicing potent communication skills that can create the most harmonious relationships this holiday season.

When you think about the loved ones in your life:

* Do you wish for more ease in broaching challenging conversations?

* Have you noticed a lack of connection from a backlog of unresolved upsets?

* Is trust something you wish you could rebuild and strengthen?

* Do you yearn to feel closer to the people you love?

Imagine a roadmap to harmony, a toolkit of resilience, and a foundation of unwavering confidence. Discover the art of repairing conflicts, rebuilding trust, and reuniting in connection.

Class 3 - Integration - Together we will celebrate our wins, explore where we got stuck, review content, answer questions and group coaching.

The REPAIR Process at a glance:

R - Resourcing - Learning ways to ground yourself so that you can say what you mean while being able to listen to the other from your heart.

E - Empathy - Give yourself the space to feel the impact of the hurt and bring curiosity to the other person’s experience.

P - Permission - Establish mutual safety and get explicit consent to set both people up for success in resolving the conflict.

A - Acknowledge - Agreeing on a shared reality to get on the same page about what did or didn’t happen.

I - Impact - Create the opportunity for both people to feel deeply heard and understood.

R - Restore Integrity - Develop a menu of actionable ways to return to wholeness in the relationship.

Testimony from Mos Jef - Founder of Shadow EFT Training

"Learning how to successfully repair after rupture has been one if not the most important skill that I’ve learned in maintaining a harmonious relationship.

Hazel Grace’s approach and framework has brilliantly encapsulated all of the crucial elements in this technology and process, both in laying down the necessary foundation to work from and as well as clearly illuminating the crucial mechanics required bringing relational conflict to resolution.

As a result of their expert guidance, I’ve come to learn that conflict can be an access point into a deeper sense of safety and intimacy when navigated properly.

And it’s actually deeply enjoyable to learn this process from someone who clearly has a lived and embodied practice of the concepts involved; the effect of this approach to repair makes itself vividly apparent both in the quality of Hazel Grace’s relationships and their playful yet profoundly powerful skill in relational alchemy.

10 out of 10 starts, would highly recommend.

More Testimonies:

“I appreciate the focus on resourcing self prior to reaching out to other for repair, it feels like a holistic approach I am excited to use both to support clients, and for personal relationships too.”

“The REPAIR process gave me a new frame for how to handle conflict in relationships. Both parties in my relationship at the time were able to be heard and validated in a way that discharged a lot of intense energy and laid a foundation for us to be able to transition our relationship amicably. I began referring to HG as a relationship genius. These are skills that everyone could benefit from learning and using in their relationships. I’ve began implementing this process, and I’m grateful to say the skills are working and I’m seeing how conflict is now something that can build intimacy rather than something that destroys or is contentious or that’s to be avoided all together.”

"The REPAIR process is a beautiful synthesis of many effective communication and intimacy techniques, from non-violent communication to empathy building. Brilliant in its simplicity, practitioners will have immediately applicable skills to use in all areas of their lives, from the ability to resolve quick disagreements to large breaches of trust. I highly recommend learning the REPAIR process for those interested in creating deeply loving, intentional, fulfilling relationships of all kinds." - Rose Rivera, MMed, Founder Submissive Academy

“The difference the REPAIR process made for me is gaining more insight into the ways that conflict actually can improve relationships. Growing up I assumed conflict was to be avoided and a good relationship was one without conflict. Before the REPAIR process I would not check in with myself and would put the other person's needs or preferences before my own but I'm naturally more willing to approach people if there is a conflict I want to address.”

“The profound simplicity of Hazel-Grace’s Intimacy through the Art of REPAIR process really excites me. She has found a way to distill a lot of rich information into a formate that anyone who has a willingness to lean in, to potentially hard conversation, with more confidence and ease.”
