One of the most exceptional events in New York City for those who practice or seek non-traditional relationships. This rendez-vous is for those who like more intimate settings. The atmosphere is a very relaxed one. We meet the true definition of a no-pressure event. The event is always pleasant.

The Venue

A pristine and super-cozy venue designed for intimacy. Spread across two floors. We have a backyard and three bathrooms, two with showers.

The last entry is at 12:00 am. However, if you are running late, please send me an email. It is essential you are present for our consent orientation.

The address will be detailed in your ticket confirmation. Ignore the Eventbrite map as it's not the correct location.

Attire

Dress in whatever you desire as we want you to be comfortable. However, no sweats or gym attire, no baseball caps or winter hats can be worn indoors, or looking like you've just stepped off a construction site. Proper hygiene and cleanliness are a must to guarantee entry.

Health & Safety

We'll have an abundance of anti-bacterial, disinfectants, and sanitary supplies. Proof of vaccination will no longer be needed.

Guest List & Etiquette

Anyone causing a nuisance, drunk and disorderly behavior will immediately be removed from the manor. As a voyeur, you must not get too close. Any harassment or non-consensual contact will result in a permanent ban from all of my events, and I'll advise other event hosts in the community about you where necessary. Cigarette smoking will only be allowed in the designated backyard area — strictly no photography or video without consent. You must be mindful of those in the background when taking photos. Be polite and advise people you're about to take a picture to allow them to move.
