Valentine's Day Love Thyself: A Self-Pleasure Workshop for ppl with vulvas

***NOTE: this class is intended for women/trans/non-binary people with v's***

Now with multiple time slots for EU and US folx!

An audio recording will be made to all those who purchase a ticket. No video recording will take place for the sake of privacy.

Now a Valentine's Day tradition, embarking on your masturbation journey has never been more accessible online. If you are located in NYC click HERE for the in-person workshop!

This Valentines Day doesn't have to be about two people. Fuck the haters and choose to make love to yourself. We're going all out: get your (fake) candles, chocolates, essential oils, Prosecco, and of course your hand

The best love is self love, so why do we tend to rush this act as opposed to taking the time to enjoy it? This class will leave you looking at masturbation in a new light. Think of this as a yoga class for your bits. Take the time in Love Thyself to work on whatever your goals may be. Whether it is learning new paths to pleasure or how to direct a lover to service you. Perhaps this is 90 uninterrupted minutes focused on yourself and your bits. An hour of talk & learn and an hour of guided touch.

Starting with a few basics on anatomy and pleasure zones. Instructor Lola Jean will take you through a v meditation, a vocally guided journey. Partake in a few exercises that will help expand your views and understanding m@sturb@tion as well as your own body.

Each month, Love Thyself will have a different focus from Toys to Body Confidence to Squirting....The focus of February's class is Making Love to Yourself. Are you always chasing a 'gasm? Do you feel like you're not doing a "good enough" job? Is it difficult to focus on pleasure due to body hangups?

In addition to loving our bodies through touch we will work to understand the root of our shame, negativity and self-doubt and confront this head on.

All you need for this class is yourself and your hand. Nudity is fully optional as this can be done with clothes on too! This is a safe and body-positive space to be vulnerable both physically and mentally. You are not required to be on camera for any of the class. Typically folx position the camera towards their face only for the second portion.
