Zegg Men: S*xual Shame

The Zegg Forum (zegg-forum.org/en) is a process designed to inquire at what’s “just underneath the surface.” Here’s a brief description of how it works:

A community gathers in witness to a “presenter”, in this case on the topic of sexual shame. He is asked to share things he feels “resilient to”, meaning he’s still capable of holding space for other men when he’s finished sharing.

A trained facilitator, Adam Lamb, guides the presenter through the inquiry process while the circle holds focused, caring attention.

After the share, he’s asked if he wants “mirrors”, which gives the other participants an opportunity to share how his piece impacted them. Presenting and mirroring are optional, and we agree to keep all content both confidential and not discussed after the event even amongst participants.

After about ten years of searching, Adam has found Zegg to be the most interesting system for both inner work and community-building. He is eager to bring this to the community of Men. If you feel called, please trust that call. If you have questions, please reach out to @tlc.adam on Instagram.
